Approach:

I believe in a person centered approach to therapy. That means the process is about you and your families health and healing. The fact is that most of the time, the answers to your problems are in you and my role as a therapist and counselor is to walk along with you to find your solutions and reach optimal health.

I have experienced many situations in life, but that experience means nothing because everyone's journey, everyone's pain and everyone's strengths are different and suited to them. I, as your therapist, am here to walk with you on your journey and help you find your strength and health. Change comes from within you, and I will be honored to help.

Education and Credentials:

I graduated from Liberty University with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling.

I am a Nationally Certified Counselor, National Board of Certified Counselors.

I am a Kentucky Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. 

I am a Board Certified- Telemental Health Counselor.

Additionally, I am a Kentucky Batterer's Intervention Provider.

I am a member of the Kentucky Counseling Association.
